ADHD

If focus, organization, and follow-through have always felt like a struggle, there's a reason, and there's help.

What is ADHD?

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects focus, organization, and impulse control. It’s not a lack of effort or intelligence,  it’s the way your brain is wired. While it’s often identified in childhood, many people aren’t diagnosed until adulthood, and symptoms can look quite different from person to person. Living with unmanaged ADHD can be frustrating, whether it shows up as difficulty staying on task, feeling restless, struggling to follow through, or dealing with the emotional weight of feeling like you’re constantly falling short.

How we treat it

ADHD is very treatable. A combination of medication, therapy, and practical strategies can make a significant difference. Stimulant and non-stimulant medications can help regulate attention and impulse control, while therapy helps with time management, organization, and emotional regulation.

Our Approach

At Veridian Health, we’ll work with you to find an approach that fits your life. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, we focus on practical, sustainable strategies that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

In Oregon, I see patients both in-person in Portland and statewide through telehealth.

I work in close collaboration with Seva Mental Health, who supports much of my administrative work, though I am an independent provider and a separate entity from Seva.
