Coming Soon

We are not yet seeing patients in Washington, but we look forward to expanding our services there soon. We will updae what insurnaces we will be accepting once we begin seeing patients in this state.
We understand that insurance isn't always an option, whether you're uninsured, between plans, or simply prefer to pay out of pocket. We don't want cost to be the reason someone doesn't get the care they need, and we're committed to working with patients on an individual basis.

Self-pay rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type of visit, your individual circumstances, and what is reasonable and sustainable for you.

We believe in being transparent about fees upfront so there are no surprises, and we're happy to walk you through what to expect before your first appointment.

If you're considering self-pay, we encourage you to reach out directly. A brief conversation is all it takes to get a clear picture of your options, and we'll do our best to make it work.

Good Faith Estimate

A good faith estimate is a written document provided by healthcare providers to uninsured or self-pay patients that outlines the expected charges for scheduled medical items and services, and related fees. It is not a bill, but rather an itemized projection of anticipated costs based on the information available at the time, helping patients understand and plan for their financial responsibility before receiving care. If the final bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, patients have the right to dispute the charges

I am currently working on getting connected with the insurnace companies in the State of Washington.  If you want to be contacted once I am accepting patients, please enter your information below.

In Oregon, I see patients both in-person in Portland and statewide through telehealth.

I work in close collaboration with Seva Mental Health, who supports much of my administrative work, though I am an independent provider and a separate entity from Seva.
